My mother-in-law bought a Fryer Air Fryer, the news in her kitchen! This equipment is capable of frying without any oil, using only hot air.
Comes with a recipe book. Although in my opinion should be more focused on simple recipes, more suited to my ability.
It also comes with instruction manual, products catalogue and a brochure with addresses of authorised.
There is the machine! Kind of a big one! I'm glad my mother-in-law has plenty of room in her kitchen:
A closer look we have two rotary controls: the top one, for the time of “frying” and the bottom temperature.
At the top we have a few times and temperatures typical for common foods:
You pull the lever and get off this pot, where the food to be fried will be.
The inside has a metal grid to leave this fat drain.
It's worth remembering that this equipment requires a 20A new model (the one with bigger holes). That exaggeration!
If you press the button marked with the symbol “Eject” the metallic grid out of the Pan. Good to wash the product…
There are separate grid container:
Put this amount of chips and sent FRY. Maximum temperature, 10 minutes!
There's the machine on doing French fries:
And there is ready crisp! Was hot, lower than the frying by immersion, but certainly better than when you put only in the conventional oven.
Put two pieces of banana, no sugar or anything, to fry. Got weird, But George.
The instructions are well written, with the time, quantity and temperature of the most common foods.
There is the table of times and temperatures:
I really enjoyed. I also made fried chicken (Very good), cheese bread (a bit soft), churros (too soft), drumete (perfect) and salmon (good). Although I still think the Fryer too big, It is certainly a great product. I leave below link to Google Shopping:
Good night! Unfortunately my dog tore my cookbook of AirFryer. You know where I can find a PDF version that can print at home?
