How about having a computer USB on any cell phone or tablet? Is much simpler with this adapter microUSB OTG.
The adapter OTG (On The Go) allows exactly that, a device that has a microUSB connector can accept a series hardware as pendrives, keyboards, mice, modems and other. This below is a very small template which does that.

Although it is perfectly possible to connect any device to your phone, a lot won't work. Hardware is not supported on android as good as in windows. I have a cable that adapts the tablet input for usb. But still the tablet does not recognize flash drive. This adapter in there for something different?
Yes, This cable enables OTG. He short-circuits two mini connector pins (or micro) USB to the tablet or mobile to know that the device to be connected is a USB key/mouse/Hid.
I mounted my OTG cable making the short in a normal cable. Works!
